CRM data enrichment, running inside the system you own

Records that enrich themselves, research that runs without a person, and one connected backbone instead of four tools that each hold a version of the truth.

Problem: why is the CRM not trusted?

01
Trust

Does anybody actually trust the CRM?

So the real pipeline lives in a spreadsheet, and the spreadsheet lives on one laptop.

02
Enrichment

Why is the same account enriched three times?

Once by each tool, each one billing you for the privilege.

03
Research

Why are reps doing research the system should do?

Two hours per account before a first call, repeated across a quarter.

04
Integrations

Does every integration have a person attached?

The join between ads, inbox and CRM is somebody manually exporting a CSV on Fridays.

If two of these are true, the problem is not effort. It is that nobody owns the system underneath the effort.

What do we build for you?

Fractional services

The GTM Engineering Company

Senior GTM engineering delivered as a fractional service, not a full-time hire. Four builds on one evergreen data layer, and the motions that run on top of it — all inside the CRM you already own.

Evergreen CRM Enrichment

Every record, always current.
  • A master enrichment table that fills the gaps and deduplicates on arrival
  • Scheduled re-enrichment, so records do not rot between quarters
  • One enrichment bill instead of the same account paid for repeatedly
You end up with:a CRM that is clean, deduplicated and cheaper to maintain than the one you have.

RevOps Infrastructure

One connected GTM backbone.
  • Pipelines, lifecycle stages, routing and ownership rules audited and rebuilt
  • Unused fields cleaned out and the architecture documented
  • Dashboards that report on the system rather than on somebody’s export
You end up with:a system teams stop fighting and start running the motion inside.

Workflow Automation

Manual work, automated away.
  • The research a rep does by hand, rebuilt as a workflow with a human checkpoint
  • Role mapping, seniority and industry standardised automatically
  • AI enrichment where it is verifiable, not where it is decorative
You end up with:hours back per rep per week, with the output more consistent than the manual version.

System Integration

CRM, ads and inbox in sync.
  • API sequences that pull from the sources your data actually lives in
  • A parser and normalisation layer so every payload lands in the same shape
  • Sync back to the CRM, so the work shows up where the team already works
You end up with:one connected stack, and no Friday CSV.

  1. 40% Less Work IAG Real Estate Built multi-API automation system to retrieve off-market property ownership data.

“Jorge successfully helped build a Clay table to source targeted contact information, despite initial skepticism from other consultants. He reverse-engineered a system of HTTP API calls within Clay, connecting industry-specific databases with alternative data providers.”

Shae LawsonDirector of Operations, Institutional Advisory Group

“Working with the GTM Engineering team was refreshingly collaborative. Their comfort moving things around inside our Clay tables and aligning execution with strategy made them feel like an extension of our team.”

What do you own when we are done?

01
Workflow

Who owns the workflows?

You do. Every workflow is built under your logins, not ours.

02
Runbook

Do we get a runbook?

Yes, on every engagement: the “how to keep it humming” guide.

03
Builds

Are the builds recorded?

Yes, every build, so training is watching, not shadowing.

04
No lock-in

Is there any lock-in?

None. We build on your stack and say so when something has to go.

05
Architecture

Is the architecture documented?

Yes. Fields, pipelines and joins, written down.

06
Sessions

How often do we meet?

Weekly. Live table builds, not status emails.

Who is this for, and who is it not for?

"Distribution is the new moat. Code got cheap; attention never did."

  1. Quick wins in 2 to 4 weeks, shipping by day 90

  2. The playbook is yours, documented as we build

  3. Every record is checked before it hits your CRM

  4. The tools are in your name, on your card, and you keep it all

  1. Hiring cycle, then months of ramp

  2. The playbook stays with the agency

  3. Data from every tool, none of it verified

  4. The tools are in the agency’s name

Who is this for?

You own the CRM and the blame for it
Your team does research the system should do
You have tools that do not talk to each other
You need the architecture written down

Who is it not for?

Companies without a CRM or basic tech stack in place
Companies that do not believe data is the key to a good GTM motion
Teams looking for full-time headcount instead of consulting

Questions: what do ops teams ask?

What do teams ask on this call?

Do you replace our stack?

No. We are tool agnostic and build on what you have. If something genuinely has to go, you get the reasoning and the cost of both options in writing.

Who operates this after you leave?

Your team. Every workflow lives in your accounts with a runbook, and the build is recorded so training is watching rather than shadowing.

How do you handle bad data at the source?

Enrichment fills gaps, deduplication removes the doubles, and validation flags what cannot be trusted. Bad records get marked, not silently kept.

Is the AI part a black box?

No. Every AI step has an input you can inspect and an output a human can check. We build the audit trail into the workflow.

What is RevOps, and what does a RevOps team actually own?

RevOps, short for revenue operations, is the function that owns the systems and the data that marketing and sales share: the CRM records, the pipelines and lifecycle stages, the routing and ownership rules, and the reporting everyone forecasts from. RevOps owns the process, the forecast and the reporting; GTM engineering builds the systems those processes run on. The GTM Engineering Company builds and documents that RevOps infrastructure inside the CRM you already own, then hands it over with a written runbook.

How do you set up automated CRM enrichment in HubSpot or Salesforce?

Automated CRM enrichment starts with one master enrichment table that fills the gaps and deduplicates records on arrival, then re-enriches on a schedule so records do not rot between quarters. The GTM Engineering Company builds that table in Clay and syncs it back into HubSpot or Salesforce, so the enrichment lands where the team already works instead of in a side tool. Every record is checked before it hits your CRM, and the architecture is documented down to the fields, pipelines and joins.

Which B2B data providers and enrichment tools are worth paying for?

The GTM Engineering Company does not sell a preferred data vendor. Enrichment is built as a waterfall across the providers you already pay for — Apollo, Clay, LeadMagic, Prospeo and the rest of your stack — so the same account is not enriched three times and billed for it three times. Where three tools overlap we cut two, and where one is missing we say so before anyone buys it.

GTM Engineering

Durable pipeline infrastructure, engineered into your CRM — signal-based outbound, enrichment, scoring, and attribution that compound.
