The GTM Engineering Company
We fly the rocket with you. Stage after stage.
Go-to-market engineering: RevOps, enrichment and outbound, built inside your CRM for scaling B2B startups. Hit every milestone sooner.
Problem: why does the same system break in all four seats?
One stack, four people living with it. Whichever seat you are in, the symptom is different and the cause is the same.
Does the sales motion still live in your head?
You are still the best rep in the company, but founder-led selling does not transfer to a team. There is no repeatable, signal-driven motion others can run without you in the room.
Is pipeline being built on volume instead of signal?
Reps blast generic sequences at cold, scraped lists, and deliverability and reply rates crater. Spray-and-pray lost its alpha. You need outbound that fires on real buying signals, not the calendar.
Does the CRM decay faster than you can clean it?
Duplicates, stale records, and half-broken automations. Every cleanup is a one-time firefight that comes undone, and leadership ends up deciding on data it cannot trust. Enrichment has to run as evergreen infrastructure.
Are the signals scattered and the segments blunt?
Intent, engagement, and firmographics sit in disconnected tools, so targeting stays coarse. Marketers need precise company and contact segmentation, with every signal funneled into the CRM they actually market from.
In every case the company either bleeds time, overspends on headcount or software, or both, and still has no cohesive system that scales.
The GTM Engineering Company
Senior GTM engineering delivered as a fractional service, not a full-time hire. One evergreen data layer, and the motions that run on top of it — all inside the CRM you already own.

"The GTM Engineering Company brought structure and scalability to our go-to-market engineering stack, combining technical precision with strategic insight to streamline how we operate."
"The GTM Engineering Company successfully helped build a Clay table to source targeted contact information, despite initial skepticism from other consultants. They reverse-engineered a system of HTTP API calls within Clay, connecting industry-specific databases with alternative data providers."
"Working with The GTM Engineering Company was refreshingly collaborative. Their comfort moving things around inside our Clay tables and aligning execution with strategy made them feel like an extension of our team."

Questions: what do teams ask first?
What is GTM engineering?
GTM engineering is go-to-market built as a system rather than a headcount plan. The data layer, the account scoring, the routing and the outbound motions are engineered, wired together and instrumented inside the CRM you already own, so the go-to-market runs on infrastructure instead of on individual effort.
What does a GTM engineer do?
A GTM engineer builds and maintains the machinery under revenue: enrichment that keeps every account and contact current, an ICP-and-intent score that ranks them, signals that trigger outbound, and attribution that reports what actually worked. The day-to-day is closer to systems engineering than to sales consulting.
How is GTM engineering different from RevOps?
RevOps owns the process, the forecast and the reporting. GTM engineering builds the systems those processes run on. Most teams call us when RevOps already knows what it needs and has nobody to build it, so we start at the data layer and the automations rather than at the pipeline review.
What is signal-based outbound?
Outbound triggered by something that actually happened — a funding round, a job change, a tool added to the stack, a pricing page visited — rather than by a list and a send date. The signal decides who gets contacted and when, and it carries the context into the message, which is why reply rates hold where volume-based sequences decay.
Do we need a full-time GTM hire, or is fractional enough?
Fractional is the right call when what you need is the GTM infrastructure built. Engagements run monthly from $5k, so a seed-to-Series-B team gets senior build capacity without carrying a full-time salary. A full-time hire earns its keep later, once the system exists and somebody has to live in it every day.
Which CRM and tools do you work in?
Yours. We build inside HubSpot or Salesforce rather than beside it, and assemble the rest from the stack you already pay for: Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, Instantly, Apify, LinkedIn. Where three tools overlap we cut two, and where one is missing we say so before anyone buys it.
Do you build in Clay?
Yes. Clay sits at the centre of most builds we run: enrichment waterfalls, research agents, the inputs behind the score, and the signal triggers that start a sequence. It writes into HubSpot or Salesforce, because the CRM is where the system has to live — Clay is the workshop, not the warehouse. We build the tables, document them, and hand them over.
How much does this cost?
Three tiers, published above rather than quoted on a call: $5k/mo Starter for early-stage teams, $7k/mo Growth for scaling ones, and custom scope for enterprise. It is monthly rather than a project fee because a data layer has to be maintained after it is built, not just delivered.
How long before pipeline moves?
The data layer goes first: enrichment running and accounts scored in the opening weeks, which is when the CRM stops being the bottleneck. Signal-based outbound follows once the scoring is trusted. The case studies show what that has looked like, engagement by engagement.
